Choose Your Moment
The beginning of 2021 is going to be a big one for builders and suppliers all across WA. The State building grant rolled out in 2020 demanded that anyone receiving the grant had to start building by June 30th. This was extended until the 31st of December but only after an outcry from builders across the State. Many had to turn down contracts because they couldn’t keep up with demand. While Bellagio Homes only deals with the finest custom homes, we’ve been able to keep up with demand, building in the first half of 2021 might be a bit tight.
Good Things Take Time
It can sometimes seem like new homes are sprouting out of the ground like WA wildflowers. And for cooky cutter designs and prebuilt and prefab homes, well, they kind of are. But when you’re building a custom home it is exactly how it sounds – it’s custom. It’s designed from the ground up, from the doorknob to drawers, from roof tile to floor drain. So, don’t be jealous of your friends and family whose new house springs up out of nowhere. You’ll be swimming in their envy once the final lick of paint is applied to your dream home.
