Reg began in the building industry in 1998 as a Trainee Scheduler and progressed through the ranks working across the various areas of the building sector completing many roles including Scheduling and Estimation, Supervision, Sales Consultation, Client Liaison and Council Administration. Today Reg presides over the day to day management of the group and also the sales team where he provides support and direction in the ever changing landscape that is the Building Industry. Great inspiration for Reg is to see peoples personal dream of building their ultimate home become a reality.
Troy began in the construction industry in 1996 extending from small cottage lots to multiple storeys and commercial builds. Many years within the industry has enabled Troy to gain strong knowledge and skills in Administration, Supervision, Quantities and now, Construction. Troy has developed tremendous bonds with all subcontractors and suppliers of Bellagio Homes, leading to a small dedicated team who provide exceptional quality of work throughout all Bellagio builds. Troy’s attention to detail and time management is evident in every build with client satisfaction his ultimate goal.
Carmen began working as a receptionist for Bellagio Homes in 2008 and has since then progressed to Contracts Administrator. Her roles within the company include liaising with councils and developers for approvals, preparing contract documents, providing administrative support and liaising with clients throughout the construction process. Carmen aims to help ensure seamless, worry free builds for all clients and values being a part of the Bellagio Homes team.
