Since our inception in 2005, the team at Bellagio Homes has excelled at designing and building unique custom homes across Perth. With over 40 years’ combined experience, we pride ourselves on our award-winning quality, professional service, and extensive local knowledge.

Reg Boston
Reg’s passion, skills and aptitude for building has afforded him an expansive career of over 22 years. Dubbed a quality craftsman, Reg’s professional journey began as a Trainee Scheduler and soon he progressed through the ranks, working across various areas of the building sector. To date, Reg has completed roles including Scheduling and Estimation, Supervision, Sales Consultation, Client Liaison and Council Administration. Today, Reg’s amalgamation of skills is put to the test as he oversees the day-to-day management of the Bellagio Group. His solid knowledge ensures he guides the sales team with support and direction through the ever-changing industry landscape. Reg is fuelled by the ability to make each and every client’s dream come true, he is passionate about making a vision into a living, breathable concept.
Troy Heygate
With over 24 years’ experience within the construction industry, Troy has always known that building and construction was his forte. His experience ranges from extending small cottage lots to multiple storeys and commercial builds. The many years within the industry has enabled Troy to hold an all-encompassing skillset. His knowledge includes, administration, supervision, quantities, and of course, construction. Troy’s commended attention to detail, time management and dedication to the client has won him praise for his craft. He has developed tremendous bonds with subcontractors and suppliers of the Bellagio Group, leading a small and agile team. With a strong skill for developing interpersonal connections, Troy has long-standing relationships with an extensive rapport of clients. He continues to look after our past and present clients in all facets of the Bellagio name.
