The Client
Ian Marchesi is the owner of Marchesi Menswear who wanted to build a property in Cottesloe. Ian and his wife were ready to downsize and were eager to work with a custom home builder to meet their unique needs. The build value was approximately $1 million and the duo wanted to work with an agile team to make things possible.
The Situation
After having an array of experiences with builders across Perth, Ian was ready to experience the difference of a custom home builder. When he was in Cottesloe, he saw a build we completed and enquired further. Ian decided to not go to the market and had his meeting directly with us.
After three meetings, we began establishing a longstanding relationship with Ian and he began to really trust in our process, particularly once we provided him with a brief.
