Alright, so what is Specialist Disability Accommodation?
Specialist Disability Housing (SDA) is an initiative, created by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), that provides specialised accommodation for individuals living with severe disabilities. SDA is designed to provide greater living independence for people with very high support needs. The purpose behind SDA is to provide you with a home that has been designed for you and your unique requirements, enabling you to live an independent life.
